Train Hits Auto Kills Two Near College Crossing

Two people died this afternoon when a car struck by the Southern Pacific Sunbeam Special at the iig s P crossing two miles south of College caused instant and near-immediate deaths. Fire crews rushed the victims to Bryan undertaking parlors. the deceased were believed to be Mr and Mrs J W Williams of Mechanics Avenue Bryan en route to Brenham to visit sons. The engine pilot suffered belly damage and the train halted for repairs.

Victims of Rail Tragedy Buried At Madisonville

Jno W Williams age 53 and wife 52 buried in Madison county in a large Sunday funeral held after a rail accident two miles south of College Station.
