New Course in Agricultural Administration at A and M College

College Station Texas September 4 A and M College will offer a new course in Agricultural Administration designed for farming business students. The program emphasizes agricultural accounting marketing farm management rural economics and rural sociology to prepare indviduals for large farming enterprises or farming dependent business ventures. It is the first such program at an agricultural college in the United States and aims to inspire similar courses nationwide.

Friends in Bryan mourn the Reinharts loss of their new Hearne home after a 6 30 a m fire Saturday started by a gasoline stove. Nagle Secures Large Road Contracts Across Counties

Cotton meeting in Dallas lays out plan to stabilize market

In Dallas on September 2 a large crowd of 6800 to 1000 farmers bankers and merchants heard Nathan Adams president of the Texas division of the American Cotton Association outline a four plank plan. The group backed full organization of the association and disposal of low grade cotton. A fair price for cotton seed was set at 24.7 dollars per car load after a conference between the Texas Cotton Seed Crushers Association and local leaders.
