Washington November 24 the Adamson law will not take effect until the Supreme Court rules on its constitutionality per a tentative agreement by the department of justice and railroad attorneys. Kansas City November 24 a tentative test cost agreement on the Alamson law was reached by government and railroad lawyers subject to Attorney General Gregory's approval. Details were not released and action in the Santa Fe case is paused.
