Charles Konecny aged 80 years 5 months 12 days died at his son Pete Konecny's home in Bryan after a long illness. Born in the old country December 19 1846 he came to Texas early and lived in Brazos county 52 years. Funeral services were held at his son Wednesay home and St Joseph church, with burial in Mount Calvary cemetery. Survived by daughter Mrs Eva Hebron and eight sons Frank Fr Worth Charles John Pete Albert Stephen Buck and Tom Konecny all of Bryan.
