Huntsville Couple Wed In Notable Bryan Ceremony

Wednesday night at 9 at the Methodist Episcopal church in Huntsville Tyler Haswell of Bryan and Ava Adair Wynne of Huntsville were married. Rev Massey officiated before a large crowd. Haswell, a Bryan businessman and alderman, wed Wynne, a well connected society leader, with S B Wilson best man and a Denver maid of honor. The couple will reside at their new home on Bryan’s west side.

Cotton Sold For 3000 Dollars In Bryan

From Thursday's Daily Eagle Harry Burger bought twenty five bales of bottom cotton at 25 cents a pound through John M. Lawrence & Co. and is shipping by rail. The seller, a bottom farmer, receives a little over 3000 dollars. The price compares favorably to Houston's rate.
