Washington July 25 master lists of the draft assigning every man of 10 000 000 to his place in the national army move to 4557 local boards. The lists supersede prior editions and correct errors. Two copies are mailed to each district board. Corrections include red ink numbers 6794 and 4664 and liability numbers 3512 607 236.
