White soldier at Camp MacArthur hanged for assault
Waco July 11 Nat Hoffman a white soldier was hanged early today at Camp MacArthur for criminal assault on a school girl last April. Hoffman's mother resides in Pittsburgh, Pa. She has been notified of the execution. Hoffman said little except that he deserved his fate. Few witnessed the execution.
