The fourth annual traveling fine arts exhibition by the Texas Fine Arts Association will be shown on the third floor of the Texas A and M College library building from January 28 through February 7. Ernest Langford, head of the college department of architecture, announced the display. The exhibit, open during regular library hours, will feature at least forty oil and watercolor paintings by well known Texas artists. The Texas A and M College arrangement is handled by the college department of architecture.

Mr and Mrs Raymond Ball mourn the loss of their infant daughter who died Sunday afternoon. A three year old brother also survives. Allotment Made For Heavy Fill On Hiway No 21
State highway commission at Austin approved an allotment for grading and drainage structures on Highway 21 from the Brazos river 2.8 miles east. Estimated cost 29174 with the county paying fifty percent. This completes preliminary work for paving in the good roads program for the county. Contracts for dirt work and drainage on Highway 6 have been let and paving on Highway 21 east of Bryan to the Navasota river is anticipated next.
