Death of Stockard Learned in Waxahachie
L. E. Stockard aged 43, field editor for the Farm and Ranch in charge of rural schools, died at his Waxahachie home last Saturday. Funeral services were held Sunday. Stockard, born in Tennessee, came to Texas in 1920 for health reasons, formerly worked in advertising, taught rural schools six years, and joined Farm and Ranch in 1926.
