Gen Harry L. Rogers retired Pershing’s chief quartermaster in the American expeditionary forces died in his Philadelphia apartment Saturday night after a long illness. Born in Washington and honored for service under Funston in Mexico 1914 and Pershing in 1916. He had moved to Philadelphia for treatment and lived in seclusion due to his serious condition.
