Funeral services for Mrs Willie Dora Wilson were held at 4 PM from her mother's home conducted by Rev Dr M E Weaver of First Baptist church. Selective Draft Extended as Youths Reach 21
Washington March 30 The Senate passed without record vote the resolution extending selective draft to men who reached 21 since June 5 1917 adding about 700 000 registrants this year. It moves to the House with quotas tied to registrants in class one not population. The attempt to train 19 to 21 year olds failed 36 to 26. The measure requires all males residing in the United States reaching majority since June 5 to register and be liable for military service.
