The outfit includes a pocket inhaler, a dropper, and Hyomei liquid, selling for one dollar with extra bottles at fifty cents. Jenkins emphasizes the lifetime inhaler and promised refunds to dissatisfied buyers.

District Attorney Moore filed in the Twenty sixth district court a state suit against Waters-Pierce Oil for unpaid taxes and penalties totaling about 30000 dollars. The move surprised the attorney general's team as it was reportedly not authorized by the department and may prompt a payment decision from Waters-Pierce.
Mrs Johanna Hart who was arrested with her husband Andy Hart in East Bunard and released on murder charges died Friday in Houston. The Harts were linked to the death of Julia Holub of Humble who was thought to have died from laudanum. Mrs Hart was Miss Holub’s sister.
