Waco on October 18 Jack McClellan a negro man was convicted in Judge Scotts court of breaking into a citizens residence at night and entering the bed chamber of the owner's daughter. The intruder fled when awakened by the noise and the jury set the penalty at twenty years in the penitentiary.

Two Indicted For Theft Of Creek Indian Rolls

W T Martin Jr former Dawes commission employee and H M Dunleavy prominent real estate man were indicted by a federal grand jury in Muskogee charged with stealing Creek Indian rolls more than a year ago. They were arrested and released on bonds of 1000 dollars each. The maximum penalty is a 2000 dollar fine or three years at hard labor. The rolls were stolen from the government office.
