Special to The Byam Rawle. Calias Texas Dec 13 Mrs Hugh Nugent Fitzgerald wife of H X Fitzgerald managing editor of the Dallas Times and publisher of Dallas Beau Monde died this morning at a sanitarium after an operation yesterday. She was 52 years old and a native of Iowa.
Captain Hughes and Company of Texas Rangers were telegraphed to report immediately to the Sheriff of Presidio County at Presidio town. The force is to assemble with all men to the Presidio unit, moving toward the Mexican border, amid ongoing revolutionary activity reported near the Ojionga seats.
Power failures shut down half the town last night and into today. Elevators and large buildings halted while Postal and Western Union lines relied on Dallas power. Several streetcar derailments occurred, and factories paused operations two to five hours as Citizens plant power remained unavailable.
