Eleven Jurors Secured in Lyens Case in Georgia

In Berea Georgia March 17 the Wayne county court prepared to begin the trial of Sheriff W B Styens and his son Archie Lyons for the murder of Fleming Smith. Eleven jurors were secured from about 200 examined as attorneys clashed over the notebooks plan. The court expected to complete the panel and start testimony the next morning at 8 o'clock.
