Brunswick Man Invents Automobile Condenser For Water Cooled Radiators

A Brunswick resident and city engineer J B High has developed a condenser named Keep Kool Kondense for cars with water cooled radiators. The device fits atop the radiator, acts as a condenser and radiator cap, preventing overheating and simplifying installation. The High Condenser Company was formed with High F B Twitty and R A Gould as incorporators to manufacture the condensers in Brunswick once chartered.

Mrs. Will Skipper Dies After Long Illness

Mrs. William Skipper died at her home last night at 7 o'clock after a lengthy illness. She was 30, a longtime Brunswick resident, and is survived by her husband and five young children. Funeral arrangements were being finalized as relatives arrived.

The United Investment company filed for charter in Glynn County Superior Court. John Byrd L A Clark and J E Fowler, prominent local Black residents, plan to offer monthly installment payments for available lots and to operate exclusively among their color in Brunswick. Yasaka Maru Sunk Without Warning. 120 Passengers Safe

The Yasaka Maru, a Japanese liner, sank in the Mediterranean after a submarine torpedoed her without warning. All 120 passengers and 160 crew survived, with a French gunboat rescuing them at Port Said. American passenger W. J. Leigh among those aboard. German bank leader Alfred Roelker dies in New York

Alfred Roelker, president of the German Savings banks, died in New York. Born in Germany, he came to the United States at 14 and held directorships at Germania Life Insurance. He belonged to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and several scientific societies.
