Petitioners seek a Georgia state charter to form Southern Potassium Phosphate Company in Glynn County. The proposed Brunswick headquarters would have branch offices elsewhere in the state and beyond with capital stock starting at fifteen thousand dollars and potentially rising to five hundred thousand. The corporation may own mines, real estate, trains, patents, licenses, and finances, with rights to issue notes and bonds and to acquire treasury stock as needed.
