Inspection trip brings Schley to Savannah aboard Angler

First Lieutenant Julian F. Schley Jr. of the government engineers, Savannah, arrived yesterday afternoon on the Angler from an inspection trip to Jacksonville via Brunswick and Fernandina. He is joined by W. C. Lemen and accompanied by his father Col. Julian Schley while Col. Kingsman is away on vacation.

In Memphis on August 19 17 year old Tillie Morris pleaded with her father to forgive him and prayed for his recovery at his bedside before he died at the city hospital. Isaac Morris reportedly was whipp ing his invalid wife with a cat o nine tails over dinner not being ready when the shooting occurred.
