William Thomas Moore born November 6 1870 in Linn County Missouri died October 16 1937 at 216 East Brooks Brookfield Missouri after three years paralysis and sixteen months of helplessness. He married Camora Alice Keithley December 24 1893 and is survived by five children two sisters three brothers ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was a Modern Woodmen of America member and lived all his life in Linn County.

The funeral was conducted at Hill Chapel in Brookfield Sunday afternoon at two o clock by Rev M W Nilsson of the Christian Church. Burial followed in Laclede cemetery.

Mrs James W Harbourne died Thursday October 14 1937 after a brief pneumonia illness. Funeral at Bear Branch church Saturday conducted by Rev C B Hobbs. Interment Bear Branch cemetery. Survived by husband James W Harbourne two children Elva Lucille Rose Hill and Henry M with three grandchildren and siblings. She praised as devoted mother neighbor and pioneer aiding husband on Harbourne farm.

John Wesley Jacobs born November 23, 1865 in near Old Scottsville died October 17, 1937 at his Sullivan County home at age 72 10 24. He married Mary Watson then Alice Warren and Lula Lee surviving wife two sisters two brothers and half siblings. Death followed a paralysis stroke about five weeks earlier with final services Tuesday at one conducted by Rev. O B Hobbs, burial in White Oak Grove cemetery.

He was the son of Dr Charles and Mary E VanWye who preceded him. He leaves a brother Arthur VanWye of Kansas City a sister Mrs Martha Lockhart of Washington DC a half sister Mrs J B Jones of Hereford Texas and a half brother Austin F VanWye of Yucaipa California. He united with the M E C South at Browning many years ago and was known as kind and considerate. He will be greatly missed by relatives.
