Benton township captured most awards as Karl Jones of the Oaks, Laclede became president and Ed Loomis Meadville secretary. Next year promises another chase for the cup.

Brownning Telephone Exchange has rebuilt halfway to Haseville, with Haseville meeting halfway. North Salem residents raise funds for their half, and the local exchange will meet them halfway. Word is the Milan line could join under the same terms, reflecting a belief in “Ask and ye shall receive.”
