Obituary of Rachel M Waits Began Life in Ray County Missouri

Rachel M Waits born October 25 1839 in Ray county Missouri moved to Atchison county as a child. She married George R Bailey and had eight children four predeceased her. surviving children include Ida Thurlo Clara Miller Bailey and Leonard Bailey. She joined the M E church at 15 later aligning with M E C South and remained. She was a loving mother and Christian, loved by all who knew her, and leaves sixteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
