C Franklin Rest In Peace In Sullivan County Kentucky
The story recalls C Franklin who died after a life of travel and hardship. Born in Kentucky on September 21 1846 he moved with his parents to Sullivan County and grew up there. He married Liz Jame Shaw in August 1871 and had five children including John Wilg. Survived by numerous relatives and many friends, funeral services were held at his daughter's home and at Deepgs cemetery. The obituary notes his Christian faith and long life of travel and endurance.
