William J B Haley born December 10 1896 in Wayne County Iowa died January 17 1944 at his mother's home in Browning Missouri at 47. He lived in Linn County Missouri moving to Alaska later and last worked delivering U S mail Browning route to North Salem and Winigan. Survived by mother Matilda Haley daughter Reva Laverne Haley sisters Eva Foster Isabel Gooch brothers Roy Dan Louie Emmett and many relatives. Funeral conducted January 23 1943 at Browning Methodist Church with Rev Gregory K Poole and burial at Jenkins cemetery.

On January thirteenth Dean Bauer turned eleven. His mother baked a large angel food cake and Geneva added eleven candles. Helen prepared a freezer of ice cream.
