Dr Elihu P Harvey Dies in Salem Missouri at 72

Dr Elihu P Harvey an optometrist born July 30 1878 in Linn County Missouri died January 9 1951 at his Salem Missouri home aged 72 years 5 months and 9 days. He practiced forty years with fifteen in Salem and earlier in Kansas City. He was a Baptist and member of the Salem Chamber of Commerce. Funeral services were held at the First Baptist Church Salem with interment Jenkins Cemetery Browning services also held. He is survived by his wife Lena Christy, a step daughter Marie Walters, one sister Mrs Frank Kroller, five grandchildren two nephews and four nieces among others.

Funeral Services for Graham Wreck Victim

Curtis A. Tiffany, a Graham produce dealer, was killed in a two truck crash near Graham. Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Graham Methodist Church with burial in Graham Cemetery. Mee Sian Meet in California and Mrs Jack Thurip hosted a New Year’s Eve party in Los Angeles for former Browning Missouri residents now in California.
