Narrow Escape From Carbon Monoxide Gas In Car
Mrs Loyal Bisby of Seymour Iowa narrowly escaped death after Christmas when carbon monoxide fumes overwhelmed her in a car en route from Browning. Husband Revived her by opening windows and seeking medical help. she recovered though it left her nervous. Mrs Loyal Bisby is the youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs L C Carpenter and Mr Bisby edits the Seymour Herald.

Passing of I B Christy in Missouri and Kansas life
I B Christy died at St Joseph Missouri on December 28 1937 at age 81. He was born December 15 1856 near Browning Linn County Missouri and married Nellie T Bradstreet May 12 1881. Survived by children B W Christy Marie Christy Myrtle Sevier Mae Morris seven grandchildren two great grandchildren and multiple siblings. Funeral services were held January 2 1938 at Mt Zion Church with interment nearby.
