Johnson obituary notices Brookfield banker dies at 70

Funeral services for H. S. Johnson were held April 5 1950 at the Christian Church in Brookfield conducted by Rev Wm Scenogle. Interment followed at Rose Hill cemetery. Johnson known as Dick was president of Citizens Savings Bank of Browning and died in his sleep early Monday at age 70. He is survived by wife Eunice, daughter Mrs Robert Dorsey, two grandchildren, two brothers Chas A Johnson Linneus and C D Johnson Trenton, and sister Mrs Wm Townsend Lexington Kentucky. A large turnout from the area attended.
