September 7 1994 Brownfield ISD trustees met in special session and hired ATM Drywall Inc of Lubbock to repair the high school facia. The project costs about 45000 dollars, should finish in 30 days, with work to begin later this week. Bids were not requested due to emergency basis per the district and architect.

The 39th Annual Terry County Farm Tour will depart at 9 a.m. Thursday Sept 15 from the First Baptist Church parking lot with six chartered buses and a school bus.
