Pre Registration Opens For 1976 Kindergarten

Brownfield Public Schools announce pre registration for the 1976 77 kindergarten year starting Monday April 5. Parents may register at the School Administration Building 601 Tohoka Road or by phone 637-2591 during weekday hours. A birth certificate and immunization record are not needed for pre registration but required for August enrollment.

Cubs Schedule Dual Track Meet With Lamesa

Brownfield Cubs host a Tuesday dual track meet at Cub Stadium against Lamesa. Varsity and 7th to 9th graders compete. field events begin at 5 pm and running events at 6 pm. Admission is $1 for adults and 50 cents for students. Coach James Morris expects about 400 participants.
