Governor Dolph Briscoe approved two local grants totaling 52 214 for Hale County Youth Services and Brownfield Juvenile Delinquency Prevention. The awards support probation expansion and diversion efforts to curb juvenile offenses. Local grants were part of 70 statewide totaling 4.5 million from the Criminal Justice Division.
