Judge Moore sentences subjects in 121st court action Amarillo
In 121st District Court Judge Kelly Moore handed down sentences to several defendants. Kenneth Lawrence received five years deferred adjudication and a $500 fine for bribery. Willie Mason got two years in state jail for DWI. Tracy Hernandez received five years in state jail and five years community supervision for possession of a controlled substance. Luis Samaniegio was given five years deferred adjudication for sexual assault. Brian Morin Martinez got four years in state jail and four years community supervision for retaliation, plus a $500 fine. William Lee Sweeney received six years in state jail and a $1,000 fine for burglary of a habitation. Eric Lee Sanchez was sentenced to 22 months state jail for theft between $1,500 and $20,000, with five years community supervision. Mellisa Ann Caballero received 18 months state jail for possession of a forged instrument, to run concurrent with another sentence.
