Terry County Spelling Bee Events Set This Week
The Terry County Spelling Bee is planned for 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Brownfield School Board room with Union School Brownfield Middle and Brownfield Intermediate as participants. Winners from Brownfield Intermediate were Lee Anna Turnbaugh and Anthony Milsteen on March 2 while Brownfield Middle School sent Jenee Willis and Trey Morris as reps. The regional bee will be in Lubbock April 7 at Monterey High School and the regional winner advances to the National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C. in late May and early June.

Hospital director filing deadline set
