Whisenhunt chair of Thiel College History Department in Greenville Pa has secured a New Jersey Historical Commission grant to prepare for publication the Diary of Judge John Fell 1778-79. The diary kept during Fell’s Continental Congress tenure is housed in the Library of Congress and will aid scholars studying the American Revolution era.

Terry County Commissioners approved borrowing 25000 from Brownfield First National Bank for the General Fund at 6 percent interest, due by December 15, in regular session led by County Judge W. T. McKinney. Storms Bring Rain and Hail Across County
