Brownfield LVN School Sparks Nursing Hope for Women

The Brownfield General Hospital sponsored Vocational Nursing School, begun in 1959, trains women for licensure as licensed vocational nurses. Seventeen of 26 graduates work in hospitals or clinics. classes run March and September with 12 months of study totaling 486 classroom hours and 1,716 clinical hours.
