Texas man 71 completes 44 day Texas walk to Cisco
King walked 772 miles across Texas from Post to Cisco over 44 days, starting April 24. He traversed lonely ranch country via Kent and Roby, Rotan, Albany, Anson, and Moran, aided by family and strangers including a Roby valedictorian who offered water. He describes meeting ranchers, a bicyclist, and support from wife and grandchildren, learning a new life perspective and planning future projects.
