Moore named Presiding Judge of 9th Administrative Judicial Region
Gov Bush appointed Kelly G Moore a district judge since 1995 to preside over the 9th Administrative Judicial Region. Moore replaces the late Judge Ray Anderson of Lubbock and will handle assigning judges across 45 counties with 19 retired judges available. He will also serve on the Council of Presiding Judges, influencing district court policy and redistricting discussions in Austin.
