Spencer Elected President of West Texas Boys Ranch Board

Ken G. Spencer Crane County Attorney was elected president of the West Texas Boys Ranch Board for 1972 73 at the annual meeting held in the Ranch Student Center 18 miles west of San Angelo. New officers include Gene Newman first vice president Don Weinacht vice president and Cal Sugg Jr Lon Salughter treasurer and secretary. New directors Tommie E. Stuart A D Gus Clemmons John Schattel Giles Dalby and Jim Prather will serve three-year terms. Roy Minear chaired the nominating committee and presented the report.
