Public hearing on Llano Estacado water plan June 18
Terry County residents may comment at a public hearing on the Llano Estacado Regional Water Management Plan. The session will be on Thursday, June 18, at the Plains Cotton Cooperative Association office auditorium in Lubbock. The plan covers 21 southern high plains counties including Terry.
