The Terry County Commission approves a 185 month lease beginning June 1 1997 ending Oct 1 2012 with WTCC for a emergency shelter treatment center and group home on Bynum Lane. WTCC pays 3500 a month June Dec 1997 and 13350 monthly thereafter plus insurance reimbursements. WTCC must maintain the facility and assume risks while county carries fire insurance.
