121st District Court completes busy week
Ruben Guajardo was found not guilty in 121st District court on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after about an hour of jury deliberation. Jimmie Hammons defended. Celeste Easterwood received deferred adjudication to two years probation for possession of a forged instrument and must pay restitution of 1579.71, court costs 84.50, attorney fees 200, and a monthly probation fee of 40, plus a midnight curfew and treatment participation.
