Grand Jury Indicts Ten In Terry County Case Load
The 121st District Grand Jury of Terry County indicted ten persons including Clara Mae Ward for murder with malice in the January 21 stabbing death of Johnny Coe found beside his car on West Repto near 14th Street. Also indicted were Jimmy Hines and Kenneth Lawrence for robbery by assault, Michael Williams Colen Dempsey and Darrell Hobbs for marijuana possession, Alexandre Cruz James Rodney Huddleston and John Wesley Staggs for burglary by breaking, James Lee Peterson for forgery and theft, while Shirley Zumwalt received no indictment.
