Georgia Martin daughter of Mrs. George Martin had a broken arm and a cut forehead and Mrs. Rampy’s condition was improving.
Dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Pounds included Mr. and Mrs. Voris Myatt and Mr. and Mrs. Max Myatt with John Michael of Lubbock. Also present were Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Hicks and children, Mr. and Mrs. E. B. Mc Burnett Sr. and Ann, and Mr. and Mrs. E. B. McBurett Jr., of Brownfield.
Pvt. Earl Carouth of the armed forces stationed at Fort Bliss arrived for a six day visit with his parents Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Carouth at 701 S. 7th during the holiday period.
