Funeral services were held for Henry Polk 55 at Greater New Hope Baptist Church with burial in New Mount Zion Cemetery. Polk died after a heart attack Sunday, born August 13 1913 in Waco and a World War II veteran. He lived in Brownfield since 1945 and worked at Craig Motor Company then Goodpasture Inc and owned Polk's Diner. Survivors include his wife Frances a stepson in California a half brother a sister a grandchild and his father in Waco.
