Tax refunds top Commissioner's action items
Terry County Commissioners approved three tax refunds including 86.40 to Glenna Monk for an over sixty five exemption and 956.48 to Mitchel and Wendi McNabb for 1998 and 1999 overpayments while Calvary Baptist Church received a 1,001.24 refund on former American State Bank taxes and will decide who keeps it. They opened bids for a Precinct 1 maintainer on Jan 10 2000 and debated fireworks restrictions but chose not to ban sales citing litter concerns at rodeo barn and county costs. The next meeting was kept on Monday Dec 27 with courthouse closure on Dec 23-24.
