Brownfield seamstress makes dolls for needy
Brownfield resident Beatrice Blackstock, seventy seven, began sewing in February and by Thanksgiving produced 200 handmade dolls and teddy bears for the Goodfellows program. She aimed for 150, then added 50 more items, sharing her lifelong skill and donated materials from friends.
