Brownfield Council outlines 2007 2008 budget and new water park
Brownfield City Council reviewed the preliminary 2007 2008 budget with a 3 percent pay raise for city workers and no health insurance increase. The plan excludes BIDCorp, includes a new Water Park Complex opening May 2008, and covers major capital projects such as the swimming complex, drainage in the southeast, Electrical Department upgrades, and an annual seaboat project.
