Brownfield Board Hires New Superintendent
The Brownfield School Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. to consider hiring Dr. Crandall J. Young of Fredericksburg as superintendent, replacing Bill Caraway whose resignation takes effect Aug. 31. The board will also vote on about 19 new teachers, including Carol Box, Nancy Chambers, Rita Dallas, Jesse Geron, Doyle Grubaugh, and Charles B. Hargra ve, with additional staff under consideration.
