Two vehicle crash on Hwy 62 82 sends man to hospital
On Highway 62 82 one mile north of Meadow a two vehicle collision sent Robert Meritt 18 of 1201 N A to Methodist Hospital in Lubbock for observation with minor injuries. James Young 27 of Lubbock was not injured. Meritt rear ended Young after driving partially on the shoulder. No alcohol involved and both wore seat belts. Meritt faces failure to control speeding charges.
