BRMC Approves Budget With Computer Upgrade Cited
During a July session the board discussed upgrading the hospital computer system, noting a possible $75,000 cost if a new system is installed though improvements to current NCR-based programs and staff training may avoid that expense. The budget also raises employee benefits and funds for six new nurses. Occupancy averaged 32.68 patients daily, with a July bank balance of $158,610 after deposits and disbursements.

County awards seek Farm Family and Young Farmer winners
