The advisory covers layaway use and outlines exemptions, eligible items, and tips to shop wisely with a list and cash or debit as preferred payment methods.
The Terry County 4 H chapter and South Plains 4 H plan a one day golf scramble at Plainview Country Club on August 17. Entry is 50 per person 200 per team with a 96 golfer limit and prizes for top teams and individual categories. Proceeds benefit South Plains 4 H scholarships and activities.
