PhotoShop Album aids digital photo sorting and sharing
Eric Spellmann reviews Adobe PhotoShop Album, noting its automatic EXIF data capture, calendar view, and tagging to organize images across CDs hard drives and devices. It backs up to CD or DVD with one click, enables easy emailing and online sharing, and offers one-click fixes including red-eye removal and compatibility with PhotoShop Elements. The review highlights price around 45 dollars and suggests the software may become essential for large photo collections.

Coloniennie Wis House Approves FY04 Budget Conference Report
Agriculture groups welcomed the House Senate conference report which eliminates mandatory budget cuts to agriculture in FY04 and shifts reductions to discretionary programs. The plan sets discretionary ag cuts at 4.865 billion over 10 years, with initial 253 million in FY04, and requires committees to propose cuts by Sept 2, 2003 and receive guidance by May 16, 2003. Disaster aid timing remains uncertain as USDA finalizes rules, while Plains Cotton Growers offers an Excel calculator to estimate potential 2001 2002 disaster payments using past yields and current data.
